International and Latin American experiences show how music education can represent an opportunity for recovery, social integration and personal growth.
Activities of music ensemble, from chamber music to orchestral activity, require collaboration and sharing to be made, since they include personal commitment but also to listen and to respect creating, in an enjoyable and alternative way, social conscience and sense of belonging.
Through the musical experience, values such as interculturality, personal and collective responsibility, loyalty to the task can be experienced.
Group work is based on a constructive and fraternal cooperation, and presumes a mature sense of individual duty for the benefit of the whole community.
The centre MIZAR’s proposal about ensemble music offers lessons to chamber music groups for different instruments or piano duet and orchestral lessons, taking advantage of the already existing realities or the ones that are being created in the area.
